Shipping

The timeframe within which LEXON delivers the ordered products depends upon the country of destination and the mode of delivery that you have selected.

The delivery periods mentioned on the Site and/or in the confirmation of order are mentioned only by way of indication and LEXON declines all liability if delivery occurs after such periods.

All possible customs duties and local taxes are payable by the buyer.

The ordered products are delivered in their individual packaging, containing the accessories (cable, etc.) and the user manual. You will also receive a copy of the confirmation of order.

Shipping fees are VAT included. For the following European countries : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland, the cost of delivery is:

Standard delivery is 3 to 6 working days after the order date. Standard delivery costs €7.00 incl. VAT and is free for orders over €69.90 incl. VAT.Express delivery is 2 to 4 working days after the order date.

Express delivery costs €10.00 incl. VAT.

Returns

If you reside in a member State of the European Union, you have the possibility to revoke your purchase by sending us a declaration of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

You may send us your declaration of withdrawal by contacting our customer service at the following email address : support@lexon-design.com

Our customer service will send you by email a return authorization number and a return form, and will indicate to you the address to which the product must be sent back.

We ask you to fill in the return form with the return authorization number, the number of your order (as mentioned on your confirmation of order) and the shipment address indicated by our customer service.

The product must then be sent back to us in a perfect condition in its original packaging, with the accessories, the user manual and the filled out return form, within 14 days from the date of issuance of the return authorization number. Any return not complying with these requirements, or sent to another address than the one indicated at the time of issuance of the return authorization number, will be refused.

The shipment costs of returned products must be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the returned product, LEXON will reimburse you by crediting your credit card of an amount corresponding to the price of the product and the initial delivery costs.
