For selected product launches, Lexon may use a random draw system, referred to as the “Draw”, to determine which participants will be given the opportunity to purchase a specific number of products from the available edition. The purpose of the Draw is to provide a fair and transparent allocation process, giving all eligible participants an equal chance to purchase the relevant product. The Draw applies only to certain products or editions and only to the quantity specifically allocated through this process. When a product is offered through a Draw, this will be clearly indicated on the product page with an “Enter the Draw” button, together with the number of products available through the Draw. The Draw is separate from any pre-order or standard purchase process.

Eligibility

To participate in a Draw, each participant must provide a valid and unique email address, shipping address, and payment details. Only one entry per person is permitted for each Draw. Any duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious entries may result in disqualification. By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable resale or purchase conditions.

Entering the Draw

Participants may submit their entry at any time before the closing date and time stated on the relevant product page. At the time of entry, participants must select their preferred payment method, which may include payment by bank card or wallet, depending on the payment options available. Where payment by bank card is selected, the participant agrees that their payment information will be stored securely and that the relevant amount will be debited only if their entry is selected. No payment will be collected unless the participant is selected in the Draw.

Selection of Participants

Once the Draw has closed, successful participants will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The number of products available through the Draw will be specified on the relevant product page. Participants selected in the Draw will be notified by email. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct, active, and able to receive messages from Lexon. Once the successful participants have been contacted, participants who were not selected will also be informed by email. 

Payment by Bank Card

Participants selected in the Draw who chose payment by bank card will have their card charged on the Draw selection date for the amount indicated at the time of entry and confirmed by email. If the payment cannot be successfully processed, the participant’s right to purchase the product will be cancelled, and Lexon may select another participant from the Draw.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. The products offered through the Draw are signed limited-edition art pieces and include a security hologram linked to a unique serial number. Lexon does not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased through the Draw. In exceptional circumstances, Lexon may, at its sole discretion, determine that a refund is justified. In such cases, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other related charges are non-refundable. For any question relating to a purchase, participants must contact Lexon within 24 hours of placing the order.

Disqualification

Lexon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse an entry, cancel a participation, or disqualify any participant from the Draw. This may include, without limitation, entries that appear to have been submitted for speculative purposes, including the intention to purchase a product for immediate resale at a higher price rather than for personal ownership, use, or appreciation. Lexon may take into account any relevant indicators, including repeated short-term resales of previously purchased products, multiple entries across different releases, patterns of rapid resale, or any other behaviour suggesting an attempt to misuse the Draw process for financial gain.This policy is intended to protect the integrity of the Draw, preserve the value of the products, and ensure fair access for participants who wish to acquire the products in the spirit of the release. By entering the Draw, participants confirm that they are seeking to purchase the product for personal ownership, use, or appreciation, and not for immediate resale at a higher price.

One Entry Per Person

Each participant may enter a Draw only once. This single-entry rule is designed to maintain equal opportunity for all participants. Any attempt to submit multiple entries, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, shipping details, accounts, or any other means, may result in the cancellation of all entries connected to that participant. A breach of this rule may also affect the participant’s eligibility for future Lexon Draws.

Data Privacy

Personal data collected as part of the Draw will be processed, stored, and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation. Participant data will be used for purposes connected with the administration of the Draw, order processing, payment processing, customer communication, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

General Provisions

Lexon reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the participant’s responsibility to review the applicable Terms & Conditions before entering a Draw. By entering a Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
