SPECIAL PRE-RESERVATION AND ALLOCATION TERMS

These special terms (the “Allocation Terms”) govern the pre-reservation and allocation of the LEXON x JEFF KOONS limited-edition Balloon Dog Lamp Grande and Balloon Dog Speaker Grande (the “Products”) for the United States market.
Edition size: 3,000 Balloon Dog Lamp Grande and 3,000 Balloon Dog Speaker Grande pieces in total worldwide
Price: US$3,000 per model, excluding applicable sales tax and shipping charges, unless a different price is clearly displayed at the time of pre-reservation
Pre-reservation deposit: $300 per model, representing 10% of the Product price, charged immediately
If not selected: Full refund of the corresponding deposit
If selected: Deposit credited toward the purchase price + automatic charge of the remaining US$2,700 product balance per model, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges disclosed at pre-reservation
2026 allocation closes: October 31, 2026, at the time specified on the Site
Shipping: Begins in December 2026, within the shipping window disclosed before pre-reservation and repeated in the order confirmation; delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed
1. Seller identity and scope
The Products are offered in the United States by BOW USA LLC (“BOW USA”), with its principal office at 100 N Biscayne Blvd, Suite 1602, Miami, FL 33132, United States. BOW USA is an authorized distributor of LEXON products in the United States.
These Allocation Terms apply only to pre-reservations made on lexon-design.com/us (the “Site”) for delivery to an eligible address in the United States. Sales made by third-party retailers are not covered.
These Allocation Terms supplement BOW USA’s Online Sales Terms & Conditions available at lexon-design.com/us/terms-and-conditions. In the event of a conflict concerning the pre-reservation, allocation, payment, shipping, cancellation or refund of the Products, these Allocation Terms prevail, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
2. Products and nature of the allocation
Balloon Dog Grande is available in two separate models: Balloon Dog Lamp Grande and Balloon Dog Speaker Grande. Each model is limited to a total edition of 3,000 pieces worldwide.
Each Product is a numbered and signed limited-edition piece, accompanied by a security hologram linked to its serial number.
The process marketed on the Site as the “Draw” is a random allocation process (the “Allocation Draw”), used to determine which requests may be accepted when the number of requests exceeds the number of pieces available for the relevant allocation.
The Allocation Draw does not award any prize, promotional item, discount or financial benefit. A selected participant obtains only the right to complete the purchase of the requested Product at the retail price stated on the Site. The deposit is not a payment for a chance to win and is never retained when a request is not selected.
3. Eligibility and pre-reservation limits
Participants must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, and must have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Pre-reservations are open only to end consumers purchasing for personal use, and not for commercial or speculative resale.
Only one pre-reservation per person per model is permitted. The same person may pre-reserve one piece of each model.
Participants must provide valid and accurate identity, email, billing/shipping and payment details.
BOW USA may cancel duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or manifestly abusive requests, including requests using multiple accounts, addresses, payment methods or identities to circumvent the pre-reservation limit.
4. Pre-reservation period
The pre-reservation period for the 2026 allocation ends on October 31, 2026, at the time stated on the Product page. Any extension or change required for technical, security, legal or operational reasons will be announced on the Site and may not deprive a participant of any rights already acquired.
A pre-reservation request is validly registered only once these Allocation Terms have been accepted, the corresponding deposit has been successfully charged and BOW USA has sent a confirmation email.
5. 10% pre-reservation deposit
At the time of pre-reservation, BOW USA immediately charges a deposit equal to 10% of the Product price, currently $300 per model. If both models are pre-reserved, the total deposit is currently $600.
The deposit is an advance payment made in connection with a conditional purchase request. It is credited in full toward the Product price if the request is selected and refunded in full if the request is not selected.
By submitting the pre-reservation, the participant expressly authorizes: (i) the immediate charge of the deposit; and (ii) if selected, the automatic charge of the remaining balance to the same payment method, in accordance with Article 7 below.
The deposit amount, the fact that it is payable immediately and the consequences of selection or non-selection must be clearly displayed before the pre-reservation is submitted. The submission function used on the Site must unambiguously indicate that it entails an obligation to pay the deposit.
All amounts are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges, and the total amount authorized for payment if selected, will be disclosed before the pre-reservation is submitted. The deposit is credited in full toward the Product price.
6. Allocation Draw
At the end of the pre-reservation period, eligible requests are selected randomly and fairly, separately for each model, up to the number of pieces available for the 2026 allocation stated on the Product page. Separate selections are conducted for Balloon Dog Lamp Grande and Balloon Dog Speaker Grande.
7. Results, order confirmation and balance payment
Each participant receives an email informing them of the outcome of their pre-reservation request.
If a request is selected, BOW USA accepts the pre-reservation request and the order for the relevant Product is confirmed, subject to successful collection of the balance. The $300 deposit is credited toward the Product price and the remaining product balance, currently $2,700 per model, together with applicable taxes and shipping charges disclosed and authorized at pre-reservation, is automatically charged to the authorized payment method.
If a participant has pre-reserved both models and is selected for only one, only the balance for the selected model is charged, and the deposit for the unselected model is refunded in accordance with Article 8.
If the balance payment fails, BOW USA may retry the payment and/or ask the participant to complete payment within the period specified in its notification. If payment is not received within that period, BOW USA may cancel the allocation and offer the piece to another participant. If no order is concluded, the corresponding deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
8. Non-selection and deposit refund
If a request is not selected, no purchase is concluded for the relevant Product and BOW USA refunds the corresponding deposit in full to the original payment method, without a deduction or processing fee. Refunds will be issued promptly and within any applicable statutory deadline.
9. Shipping and delivery times
Orders selected for the 2026 allocation will begin shipping in December 2026 and will be dispatched progressively within the shipping window disclosed before pre-reservation and repeated in the order confirmation. Delivery before December 25, 2026 is not guaranteed. If BOW USA cannot ship within the promised time, it will notify the customer, provide a revised shipping date and offer the choice of consenting to the delay or canceling for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Where the required consent is not obtained, BOW USA will cancel the order and issue a prompt full refund as required by that Rule.
Shipping charges, geographic restrictions and applicable taxes are those disclosed and accepted at the time of pre-reservation. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Product.
10. Binding orders, cancellations and returns
Once a request has been selected and the balance successfully charged, the order is binding and BOW USA does not offer cancellation or returns solely for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law. This does not limit any rights or remedies relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming Products, non-delivery or shipping delays, including the cancellation and refund rights in Article 9.
11. Warranties and defective Products
The Products are covered by any applicable written product warranty and any warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law. Nothing in these Allocation Terms excludes or limits those rights.

The Products are offered in France by LEXON S.A.S (“LEXON”), a French simplified joint-stock company with its registered office at 125 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 342 979 044.
These Allocation Terms apply only to pre-reservations made on lexon-design.com for delivery in France. Sales made by third-party retailers are not covered.
These Allocation Terms supplement LEXON’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the Site. In the event of any conflict concerning the pre-reservation or allocation of the Products, these Allocation Terms prevail, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Where applicable, advance payments accrue interest as required by the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code; any interest due is deducted from the balance at the time of delivery.
6. Allocation Draw
At the end of the pre-reservation period, eligible requests are selected randomly and fairly, separately for each model, up to the number of pieces available for the 2026 allocation stated on the Product page. Separate selections are conducted for Balloon Dog Lamp Grande and Balloon Dog Speaker Grande.
7. Results, order confirmation and balance payment

If a participant has pre-reserved both models and is selected for only one, only the balance for the selected model is charged, and the deposit for the unselected model is refunded in accordance with Article 8.
If the balance payment fails, LEXON may retry the payment and/or ask the participant to complete payment within the period specified in its notification. If payment is not received within that period, LEXON may cancel the allocation and offer the piece to another participant. Any amounts eligible for refund will then be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Allocation Terms.
8. Non-selection and deposit refund
If a request is not selected, no purchase is concluded for the relevant Product and LEXON refunds the corresponding deposit in full to the original payment method.
9. Shipping and delivery times
Orders selected for the 2026 allocation will begin shipping in December 2026 and will be dispatched progressively. Delivery before December 25, 2026 is not guaranteed.
Shipping charges, geographical restrictions, taxes and any applicable duties are those displayed at the time of pre-reservation or order confirmation. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Product.
10. Binding nature of the order, right of withdrawal and returns
Once a request has been selected, the order is binding and LEXON does not grant a contractual right to cancel for a simple change of mind.
11. Statutory warranties and defective Products
The Products benefit from the applicable mandatory statutory warranties, including the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Nothing in these Allocation Terms limits these warranties.
If a Product is damaged, defective, non-conforming or incomplete, the participant must contact customer service at support@lexon-design.com so that LEXON can provide instructions on the applicable procedure, without prejudice to the participant’s statutory rights.
12. Process integrity, fraud and resale
LEXON may reject or cancel a pre-reservation in cases of fraud, use of bots or automated methods, manifestly false information, circumvention of the one-pre-reservation-per-model limit or conduct intended to compromise the integrity of the process.
LEXON may also consider objective indications of purchasing for immediate speculative resale. Any decision must be reasonable and non-discriminatory. Where no order is ultimately concluded, the deposit is refunded, without prejudice to LEXON’s rights in cases of proven fraud or abusive payment disputes.
13. Personal data and payment
Personal data collected is used, in particular, to administer pre-reservations, carry out the allocation, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, communicate with participants and fulfil orders. It is processed in accordance with LEXON’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
14. General provisions
The applicable Allocation Terms are those accepted by the participant at the time of pre-reservation. LEXON may amend these Terms for future pre-reservations without affecting rights already acquired.
